Engage pricing has two parts. First, the platform itself, a flat monthly tier based on how many workers you actively manage (Free for 20 or fewer, $500/month for 21-100, $1,500/month for 100+). Second, HQ Simple's Employer of Record service, used only when you hire internationally, is a flat ~17% markup on wages in direct markets (US, Canada, UK, Australia) and $0 to the client in partner markets, where the partner pays HQ Simple 2%. No setup, no onboarding, no offboarding, no pre-funding.

A “worker” is anyone actively managed through Engage, contractors, vendor-placed workers, or EOR-employed workers. Candidates in the ATS don't count until hired. Inactive / terminated workers don't count.
HQ Simple EOR. Flat markup, nothing stacked on top.
Only pay for EOR when you hire internationally. The markup is all-in, there's no separate SaaS fee, no setup, no onboarding, no offboarding, no pre-funding.
EOR is priced separately from the platform tier. The EOR-employed worker still counts toward your Engage tier on the platform side; the markup is paid directly to HQ Simple on top.
